As you may imagine, adding a new intake to our program often comes with a hefty price tag.

Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, retrain, and rehome. 

Rescue should not just be the bare minimum. We stand firm that transparently placing a good equine citizen back into the community requires proper and thorough vetting to treat and heal, to the best of our entire professional team's abilities. Oftentimes, that means x-rays, special shoeing for soundness and comfort, scoping for and treating painful ulcers, surgery (if appropriate when a favorable outcome is the result), complete dental work-ups, dental extractions, and more. Medical treatment is followed by training to give them the true second chance they so deserve, and the opportunity to be healthy, whole, and free of pain and discomfort.
