Daily farm operations are largely handled by volunteers. The farm operates in two shifts every day (AM shift and PM), seven days a week. Shifts are slightly different, but morning shifts start around 7am, and afternoon shifts around 3pm, lasting approximately 5 hours each. Most volunteers belong to one shift weekly. We understand that volunteers may have time constraints due to work or other obligations and try to accommodate schedules as much as we can!

*Please note we do not ride our horses aside from our staff of trainers. Volunteer duties generally include feeding horses, giving medications, and routine cleaning around the farm. Grooming opportunities are available to our regular volunteers.
